    Subibe Choudhury - Vis-à-Vis Leadership

    Subibe Choudhury

    Subibe has been in a hands-on leadership role for over a decade.

     

    He is the author of 7 works available on Amazon Kindle. He has extensive experience providing leadership training to front-line managers and upper leadership.

     

    Moreover, he is currently a Non-Executive Director and Vice President at the non-profit AMCAL Family Services based in Montreal, Canada.

     

    Applying knowledge gained through an undergraduate degree in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in non-profit administration, Subibe has worked to achieve "Krayz workplace results" by engaging staff in initiatives and taking a proactive approach to leadership.

     

    His perspective on leadership can be summarized by one phrase, “leadership development starts with self-reflection.”

     

    An avid public speaker, Subibe has been invited to present at numerous conferences across Canada and the US.

     

    Subibe takes great pride in having led internal human resource activities with an understanding that in today’s workforce, recognition, autonomy, proper health and stress management, respecting diversity and differences and facilitating life balance are at the core of a humanistic approach to HR towards helping people strive for their best.
